Oil and Air Filter Maintenance

oil filters and air filters make a big difference when it comes to the performance of your vehicle. And that's why we have plenty
of brand name filters available for all kinds of cars, SUVs and light trucks.
Fuel Filters
Fuel filters help prevent contaminants from damaging your fuel system by keeping dirt, rust and other contaminants from getting
into your engine and your gas tank. Clean filters keep a clean flow to your engine. We recommend having fuel filters replaced
every 12 months or 19,000 kilometers / 12,000 miles.
Oil Filters
Oil is the lifeblood of your car and oil filters help keep your oil clean. If your oil is dirty your car is susceptible to
poor performance or break down. We recommend changing your filter every 4,800 to 9,600 kilometers (3,000-5,000 miles) or whenever
you get your oil changed.
Air Filters
Your engine needs to breathe clean air. Silvhorn Automotive has quality air filters available. We recommend installing new air filters every 12 months or 19,000 kilometers (12,000 miles). Always consult your owner's manual for additional service information.
